Option 3: Automated payments can be accepted by calling  1-888-220-4814. You will need to have your account number and pin number to make payment.

Customer statements are prepared and delivered on or before the first of the month. The monthly charges for internet service, TV-service, and local telephone service are billed one month in advance. Long distance calls are billed after they are made. Payment for service is due and payable upon receipt. Payments made after the 15th of the month will incur a $10.00 penalty charge plus taxes.

Yucca Telecom Offers Many Payment Options:

In addition to viewing your monthly statement, you can pay your account online using checking account option, Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card. 

  1. SmartHub will send you a monthly e-mail reminder when your bill is ready. You don’t have to risk missed or late payments again. Whether you are re-establishing automatic payments or setting them up for the first time, you will need to visit SmartHub at https://yuccatelecom.smarthub.coop. If you were previously making online payments using our old system, you’ll need to sign back up for SmartHub. Once you’re on our site, select New User? Sign up to access our Self Service site hyperlink on the login page. You will need to enter your account number, last name and email to start the registration process. Next, you will need to answer (#) validation question(s) to register and establish (#) security question(s). Once registration is complete, an email will be sent with a temporary password required for the first login. You will be asked to change the password upon initial login.
  2. Or you may opt to pay your bill with Sign into One-Time Pay Now; you will need to enter account number and last name on the account. This allows you to make a one-time payment.

Yucca Telecom accepts Visa and MasterCard cards for payment of your account. You have the option to:

  • Sign up to pay by credit card online (automatically)
  • Sign up to pay by credit card online (you authorize payment each month)
  • Stop by our office to pay by credit card
  • Call our office and give us your credit card information over the phone

Call our office to set up to pay your statement each month by automatic bank draft. All you need to do is give us your bank name and checking account number and we will take care of the rest. You will still receive a copy of your monthly statement, and the payment will automatically be made by a bank draft on the 10th of each month. If there is a problem with the statement, any necessary correction will appear on the following month’s bill. The draft payment will appear on your bank statement.
